The stripes, the ruffles, the off-the-shoulder- I love it ALL!! Oh, and not to mention it’s only $39!! I paired it with my new favorite sandals (they literally match with everything) and a cute little hat! As y’all know, I absolutely love a good neutral outfit, so it’s no surprise this is one of my new favorites!
