Happy Tuesday, friends! I thought I would go ahead and give y’all an updated foundation routine!
I start off with a primer by Smashbox. I absolutely love how it completely smooths out my face and really preps it for the rest of my makeup.
Next, I apply my foundation, which is the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation. I have used this foundation for about two years, and I love it! I apply it with this brush from Sigma.
I then apply my Urban Decay concealer. I have super dry skin, and this is the only concealer I’ve ever used that does not dry out my skin! It is very moisturizing, but also has great coverage. I buy my concealer in the shade “fair neutral”, which is much lighter than my normal skin tone because I like those areas to be highlighted! I apply my concealer with with a beauty blender.
I set everything with the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk powder. Just like the foundation, this product is AMAZING! I used to use Laura Mercier setting powder for a long time, but I honestly love this one so much more!
Next, I apply my bronzer on the sides of my nose, right below my cheek bones, and on the sides of my forehead. I use this angled brush to apply my bronzer.
I then apply my blush with this brush on my cheek bones, right on top of my bronzer. Next, I apply highlighter on my nose and at the top of my check bones (under the corners of my eyes).
I finish the look with this setting spray from MAC. Not only does it set my makeup, but it’s all very moisturizing.
