Dede’s Baby Shower

Dress: Revolve | Shoes: Sam Edelman

Hi friends!! I am so excited to finally share one of my favorite days ever- showering Dede and sweet baby Raad ❤️

This whole day wouldn’t have been possible without all of the amazing vendors who helped put it together! I met this team of vendors at a styled bridal shoot that I participated in a few months back, and when they offered to help with the shower it was a no brainer! They were all such a pleasure to work with and I’m so thankful for everything they did for Dede.

Venue: The Creative Chateau. This mansion is located in the heart of Houston and is absolutely stunning (as you can see from the photos). Dede actually had her gender reveal there so it has been a very special place for her. The huge windows, gorgeous staircase, and beautiful decor makes this venue perfect for any special event.

Florals: Maxit Flower Design. Y’all, I could not believe my eyes when I walked in and saw all of the gorgeous florals. They truly went above and beyond and I’m still in awe of how it all turned out. The lined staircase, fireplace arrangement, and floral display on the second floor were absolutely stunning! If you’re getting married in the Houston area, I highly highly recommend checking out Maxit Flower Design.

Photography: Stephania Campos. I met Stephania through one of my girlfriends, Logan, who has been shooting with her for years. Logan always said the best things about Stephania and her work so I was super excited to get the chance to work with her! Stephania’s photos turned out gorgeous and I love how beautifully the whole day was captured. I know Dede will cherish these photos forever ❤️

Hair and Makeup: Adorne Artistry. This hair and makeup studio is actually located on the third floor of The Creative Chateau, so we were able to go to the venue early to get ready for the day. Adorne had done my hair & makeup once before so I knew they were very talented. If you follow me on stories, you know how obsessed I was with how they did my hair and makeup, and the hair even lasted the next four days! The Adorne team is so talented and I will definitely be hiring them for any future events I have!

Invitations: Nib and Pixel. When Nib and Pixel offered to create custom invitations, I had no clue she was actually going to hand paint Dede! The invitations were amazing, (photo above) and I know all the girls loved them too!

Film: Meant to Be Films came to capture the day and it is the sweetest video. ❤️ I always love watching wedding videos (which is what they usually do), but the fact that Dede has a video to look back on for her first baby shower is so special.

Balloons & Desserts: The Party Haus. I actually know Shelby and her mom from high school so it’s been awesome to get to work with them. These ladies are SO talented and creative. They have made several cakes for me and I’m so happy with how they turn out every time! Obviously, the balloon decor turned out incredible (photos above).

Bar: Mini Mobile Bar. This was such a hit! It was the cutest set up for drinks and the two ladies serving were the absolute sweetest!

Catering: Lisa Hedrick Catering. The owner of The Creative Chateau recommended this catering company to me because not only is their food delicious, but it was also so beautiful! Go stalk their instagram and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about!

Again, a HUGE thank you to all these amazing people who helped throw Dede the best baby shower. I know it was a day that she’ll never forget ❤️

I loved the mini bar! Definitely looking into the Mobile bar for my own Bridal Shower! I was thinking of hiring a ‘Butler’ for pours but the mobile bar just seems so much cuter!
