Pink and leopard will always be one of my favorite combos, so it’s no surprise that I’m absolutely OBSESSED with this outfit! I love the pale pink color of the jacket because it gives it a very “girly” feel! I paired it with a simple white top that has the cutest criss cross in the front. This top is perfect for layering, but would also look so cute by itself (I’m probably going to pair it with denim shorts in the Spring)! And y’all also probably noticed that I have been wearing this purse like crazy lately, because it literally matches EVERYTHING! Seriously, it was such a great purchase!

Sweater and Denim Shorts

Sweater: Nordstrom | Shorts: Topshop | Shoes: Marc Fisher | Purse: Gigi New York | Self Tanner: St. Tropez

Y’all, can you believe January is almost over?! Spring is approaching SO fast, so I’ve been working on tons of transitional looks. Pairing your sweaters with denim shorts is a great way to transition in Spring!

However, I NEVER want to wear denim shorts when my legs are super pale. Instead of tanning in a bed (cause skin cancer is NOT cute), I use St. Tropez self tanner! Now, I know many of y’all are probably very skeptical about self tanners, but this one really is amazing! It is very gradual, and natural looking! I just apply it all over my body like normal lotion (just make sure to rub it in very well)!

I hope everyone has a great week!

Cold Shoulder Olive Dress

Dress: Topshop | Shoes: Banana Republic (similar) | Purse: Gigi New York | Watch: Arvo Collection | Bracelet: David Yurman | Bracelet: The Styled Collection | Bracelet: The Styled Collection

Okay, how adorable is this little dress?! The cold shoulder sleeves are just the cutest! Since Spring is approaching, I paired it with some pale pink pumps (lol @ that alliteration)! I’ve also been wearing these bracelets from The Styled Collection nonstop because they are so cute!

This week has been super crazy, so I’m looking forward to the weekend! Do y’all have any fun plans?!

I don’t know how many striped tops I own, but this is definitely one of my favorites (and it’s less than $40)! Honestly, you can wear this top all year long. Today, I paired it with some jeans and pumps since it’s technically still “winter” (even though it’s 70 degrees here in College Station). For spring, I’ll pair it with some cute denim cut-offs and sandals!

Texas weather has been SO bipolar this past week, it’s been crazy!! I had a photoshoot in Houston yesterday morning and literally could not feel my hands because it was so cold! Now it’s gotten up to 70 degrees outside (like what)?! Anyway, I know it can be hard to dress for the weather this time of year, so I’m investing in transition pieces. This denim mini skirt is perfect for wearing now with some boots, and then in spring with some sandals!

Now I’m about to pour myself a glass of wine and watch some Bachelor! Hope everyone has a fab week!

Okay, if I’m being completely honest, I’ve worn this sweater probably 5 times in the past 2 weeks (I know, it’s a little embarrassing)! It’s just SO comfortable and it matches everything. You can pair it with tons of different types of jeans, different scarves, shoes, ect. The styling possibilities are endless!

It has actually been cold here in Texas (shocker!!), so I’ve been bundled up all week! Today the low is 20 degrees, which is just WAY too cold for me! I don’t know how people up north survive the cold; I am definitely meant to be in the south!

I hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

Current Foundation Routine

Emily Herren Champagne and Chanel

Primer: Smashbox | Foundation: Giorgio Armani | Concealer: Urban Decay | Powder: Giorgio Armani | Bronzer: Urban Decay | Blush: MAC | Highlighter: MAC

Happy Tuesday, friends! I thought I would go ahead and give y’all an updated foundation routine!

I start off with a primer by Smashbox. I absolutely love how it completely smooths out my face and really preps it for the rest of my makeup.

Next, I apply my foundation, which is the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation. I have used this foundation for about two years, and I love it! I apply it with this brush from Sigma.

I then apply my Urban Decay concealer. I have super dry skin, and this is the only concealer I’ve ever used that does not dry out my skin! It is very moisturizing, but also has great coverage. I buy my concealer in the shade “fair neutral”, which is much lighter than my normal skin tone because I like those areas to be highlighted! I apply my concealer with with a beauty blender.

I set everything with the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk powder. Just like the foundation, this product is AMAZING! I used to use Laura Mercier setting powder for a long time, but I honestly love this one so much more!

Next, I apply my bronzer on the sides of my nose, right below my cheek bones, and on the sides of my forehead. I use this angled brush to apply my bronzer.

I then apply my blush with this brush on my cheek bones, right on top of my bronzer. Next, I apply highlighter on my nose and at the top of my check bones (under the corners of my eyes).

I finish the look with this setting spray from MAC. Not only does it set my makeup, but it’s all very moisturizing.

I hope this was helpful!! And as always, comment below, or email me with any questions!
