When it comes to weddings, many people are hesitant on whether or not you can wear black. I get it, you don’t want it to look like you’re headed to a funeral, BUT there are SO many ways to wear black and absolutely rock it!
Adding some sparkle and glam to your look is a great way to wear black and look fabulous. I added some sparkle with this gorgeous Olive + Piper necklace and earrings. Y’all, this necklace is GORGEOUS in person and it’s very affordable!
My dress is actually rented from Rent the Runway, and I could not say enough great things about this company! First off, the whole concept is perfect. How often do we spend tons of money on a great dress that we’ll never wear again? That is such a waste of money!! This company has a wide variety of designer dresses that you get to rent for 4-8 days, then you send it back. Worried about whether or not it’ll fit? The company sends you two sizes, so odds are, one of them will fit!
I chose this Badgley Mischka gown because the fit is so flattering. It also has a little bit of drama to it, which I absolutely love! If you have any Fall/Winter weddings coming up, I highly recommend renting your dress, and saving some money!
